Xavier Thoma is a highly-qualified professional who has been working in the financial services industry since 1996. He completed his secondary education from American School of Paris, France and earned his International Baccalaureate - a global high school certificate which is recognized globally. He also participated in a pan-European Maths competition in Sweden. From 1992 to 1996, he studied at Oxford University and obtained his Masters of Engineering degree in Engineering, Economics and Management.
He started his career working as a Corporate Finance Analyst and then an Associate with JP Morgan & Co. Ltd. While holding this position, Xavier Thoma performed detailed financial analysis, managed due diligence, structured transactions and wrote numerous board documents. In 2000, Xavier was recruited to join Morgan Stanley & Co. Ltd in its M&A department which he served until 2003. In 2003, he founded Globefin European Advisors Ltd. And served as its Chief Executive Officer and as a Director. This advisory work focused on investing into the asset-backed and real estate private markets. More recently, he has been active in real estate space and is exploring opportunities to acquire properties to develop and improve. |
